The outside of the EPF is damaged; head inside!
Here is what the inside looks like. You can climb the ladder to get onto the roof.
Here is the roof:
You are supposed to hit the target, but the "T" on your keyboard will not work because of a bug. You would have to press the snowball button.
Currently, it appears that if you hit the target, it won't drop anything. This post will be updated when you are able to hit the target.
