I have recently emailed Club Penguin about the Upcoming Events that may appear in June. Mainly though, about the Blackout and Shadow Ninjas. And this is how they replied:

You are quite the curious penguin!
Well to be completely honest with you, I don't know if there will be a blackout or new shadow ninja's or cadence and the penguin band will be waddling onto the island! You will have to stay tuned just like our team here at Club Penguin to find out what will be happening next! The Club Penguin Times Newspaper and What's New blog are the best places to take a look!

So either Club Penguin is reluctant to tell us any info or we were just wrong about the Shadow Ninjas and the blackout. Or maybe only some Club Penguin Staff Members know about the blackout and Shadow Ninjas...Who knows? We'll just have to wait and see.
